Another timeline proposal for Fusaka, which optimistically aims to deploy the upgrade scheme to the Ethereum mainnet by the end of the year (potentially brought forward to November);
Developers have completed the second round of non-finality testing on Fusaka Devnet-3 but have not yet resolved some technical issues and defects;
Developers will conduct analysis work on a Blob Parameter Only (BPO) hard fork exclusively for Devnet-5 in the coming days.
