Ferrari Tokenized Stock RACE Launches on Solana, Effective October 6

Ferrari NV's tokenized stock RACE has launched on Solana via the Sunrise Asset Gateway, with Backpack Securities serving as the issuer, effective October 6. Each RACE token is backed 1:1 by a share of actual Ferrari stock held in regulated custody, allowing holders to redeem it for traditional equity through Backpack Securities. The token supports trading venues such as Phantom, Jupiter, and Raydium, providing round-the-clock trading and participation in dividends and corporate actions. Backpack plans to expand the number of tokenized stock codes on Solana from approximately 200 to 10,000.
