Goldman Sachs Bullish on Stock and Bond Markets, Driven by AI Stocks
Goldman Sachs has upgraded its stock rating to 'overweight' for the next three months and its bond rating to 'overweight' for the next 12 months. The firm is optimistic about AI-related stocks and certain high-dividend targets. Goldman Sachs noted that improvements in valuations, corporate earnings resilience, and a trend of slowing inflation will support market performance through 2027. The institution warned that rising yields and geopolitical risks could continue to elevate market volatility.
