Kalshi Responds to Volume Doubts, Predicts Record High Trading Volume in the Market
Kalshi has responded to accusations of volume manipulation, emphasizing the need to distinguish between prediction markets and perpetual contracts. Multiple meme launchpads on the Arc chain generated less than $200 in revenue over the past 24 hours. The Lighter prediction market mechanism appears to have been exposed, planning to adopt a HIP-3 style whitelist operation model. The daily trading volume across prediction markets has reached a new high, with Kalshi capturing over 80% of the market share. Last week, Ethereum spot ETFs saw a net outflow of $140 million, ending four consecutive weeks of net inflows. The founder of Solana stated that the code for the new project Percolator is still incomplete, and current development work cannot be fully handed over to AI. The U.S. House Committee is advancing a Bitcoin reserve bill, proposing a 20-year holding period.
