On August 10, U.S. optical module companies Lumentum, Coherent, and computing infrastructure company CoreWeave will release their earnings reports, as Serenity looks forward to the upcoming CPO stock earnings week. AAOI's recently released Q2 2026 earnings report indicates an imbalance in optical transceiver demand of 20-40%, with lasers becoming a major bottleneck. POET's June AGM mentioned that the production capacity of the three major laser suppliers is fully sold out for the next two years, and NVIDIA has secured supply through investments, confirming the tight supply-demand situation in the industry. Serenity stated that it does not make predictions about earnings report fluctuations, noting that most of the time it is like flipping a coin, but it expects LITE's earnings report to be very strong, as many pricing adjustments typically occur before the earnings report, unless very unexpected circumstances arise.
