Socure Secures $156 Million Funding, Valuation Reaches $5.2 Billion
AI fraud prevention company Socure has completed a strategic growth funding round of $156 million, achieving a valuation of $5.2 billion. The round was led by Summit Partners, with participation from Wells Fargo, Goldman Sachs' Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Docusign, and others. Socure's fraud prevention services are already in use by companies such as Coinbase, Circle, Revolut, and Robinhood. Additionally, Socure announced the acquisition of AI startup Fravity, aiming to leverage AI agents for fraud, risk, and compliance investigations, though the specific acquisition amount has not been disclosed.
