Bitcoin CEX Net Outflow Reaches 24,073 Coins, Hitting a 7-Month High
On October 7, Santiment released data showing that the net outflow of Bitcoin from centralized exchanges (CEX) reached 24,073 coins on Monday, marking the largest single-day outflow since March 1. The supply on CEX has dropped to approximately 6.5% of the total BTC supply. Santiment noted that large outflows are typically seen as a bullish signal, as coins leaving CEX are not easily available for immediate sale. If demand remains strong while the liquid supply decreases, buyers will face fewer available coins, which could lead to a price increase.
