China's Generative AI Users Exceed 700 Million, Penetration Rate Over 50%
According to the "Generative Artificial Intelligence Application Development Report (2026)" in China, the number of generative AI users has surpassed 700 million, with a penetration rate exceeding 50%. 76.0% of users utilize it for intelligent Q&A, 47.8% for image/video processing, and 32.5% for work summaries and PPTs. The report states that by June 2026, China's intelligent computing power will reach 2185 EFLOPS, a year-on-year increase of 177%. The first domestically produced AI super cluster with 100,000 cards has officially been put into use, with collaborative development of computing power, models, and data. All six positions in the global mainstream usage ranking of domestic trillion-parameter open-source large models come from Chinese teams. Generative AI has been widely applied in industries such as manufacturing, agriculture, and services, with over 400 humanoid robot products launched in the first half of the year, and the annual production is expected to exceed 100,000 units.
