Evernorth Plans to Vote on Merger on September 30, Aiming for Nasdaq Listing

Evernorth plans to list on Nasdaq under the ticker XRPN. Shareholders of Armada Acquisition Corp. II will vote on the proposed business merger on September 30. If approved, it will clear the final major hurdle for Evernorth to go public. Evernorth intends to actively deploy XRP for revenue strategies, infrastructure participation, and capital market activities. Currently, the company holds approximately 473 million XRP, making it one of the largest identifiable corporate holders. Additionally, Evernorth has agreed to refinance $30 million through 4% convertible PIK notes, but these funds can only be accessed after the business merger is approved.
