Evernorth Holdings Inc. Delays Its Nasdaq Listing to October 12

Evernorth Holdings Inc., which manages the largest treasury of XRP, has adjusted its schedule to list on Nasdaq. The company now expects to close on Friday, October 9, with the XRPN listing scheduled for Monday, October 12. This delay is due to an administrative procedure that will not affect the closing of the merger with Armada Acquisition Corp. II, a SPAC. The merger was approved by the shareholders of Armada II at a special meeting on September 30, 2026, where 20.5 million shares voted in favor and 1.4 million against, with about 69% participation of eligible capital. Initially, the listing was expected to begin on October 8 following the business combination.
